General conditions of residence

The price includes:

bedcloths, bathroom and kitchen towels, electricity and gas.

• Additional payment:

	Tourist tax for adults 1,01 EUR/day, children (7-18 years) 0,50 EUR/day;
	If renting the appartment for only 1 night, the total charge is increased by 50%;
	If renting the appartment for only 2 nights, the total charge is increased by 40%;
	If renting the appartment for only 3 nights, the total charge is increased by 30% (or by arrangement);
	Pets 6 EUR/day (or by arrangement);
	Air-condition or heating in A 2/4 5 EUR/day;
	Air-condition or heating in A 4/5 6 EUR/day.

Payment terms: Payment by arrival or by arrangement.

Currency: In cash in EUR.

Reservation terms:

30% of the full payment.

Reservation notice:

reservation is guaranteed after receiving full payment.

Check-in: After 2.00 PM on the day of arrival.

Check-out: Before 10.00 AM on the departure day.

New Year's period: Staying period is charged according to price list valid in high season (July, August).

• Cleaning is charged.

	A2/4 30 EUR.
	A2/5 40 EUR.
